Okay/good

Updated attractive hotel. Staff was positive & helpful. Room (on hwy side) had a lot of road noise throughout the night. Minimal lighting in room made it challenging for dressing and makeup. Bathroom is tiny with no exhaust fan. Breakfast was great and location very convenient to our event.

Our room on the second floor was very clean & nice size. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only negative was the noise from the traffic outside on Hwy 1.

The property was convenient and close to all shopping and state parks which made for a great trip of outdoor hiking, good food and shopping. Our room was clean but felt that it needed more light since it was dim/dark during the evening hours. Our bathroom was good except for the bathtub drainage which was very very slow. Housekeeping and morning breakfast was great, and we informed the front desk about our bathtub issue upon check out. Overall, a comfortable and nice time at Springhill. Thanks for having us!

Great Hotel! $250CDN. Amazing Breakfast!

Very clean and nice hotel. Awesome breakfast. good pool, comfortable room and bed. Only downside was the elevator was down when we checked in. They had a maintenance guy working on it, but it took quite awhile. The stairs wouldn't have been an issue for us, but we had a ton of stuff in the car to bring up to the room so we waited for the elevator in the lobby. The firepit outside was a great touch too! I think I paid $250Canadian which is by far cheaper than anything youll find in the Portland area. Probably the best hotel breakfast we've ever seen. Room was clean and comfortable, nice shower. 4.75/5 stars, only because of the elevator.

The accessible rooms are not very accessible for someone in need. The door to the bathroom is very heavy and does not stay open, making it difficult for someone in a wheelchair to handle. The beds are on a “cot” like platform and when my daughter sat on the end of the bed, the bed flipped up towards the wall, like a Murphy bed. Very dangerous. I would not recommend this hotel for the accessible rooms. Also, the shower was dirty and had rust stains throughout the wall and floor of the shower. Very disappointing. Conditioner bottle in the room was empty.

Floors in the hallways, pool areas and rooms were very dirty with hair and other things. Shower was also dirty with hair and dirt. Bed was comfortable, front desk was understanding and quickly fixed room issue. Easy to check in and out. Breakfast was great!
