The lady that checked us in wasn’t very pleasant, it appeared that she was with in the middle of doing something and we interrupted her or maybe she had been sleeping and we woke her up. The room B111 itself was clean but the bathroom was a mess, there was something brown that was smeared on the light switch and wall, the walls needed to be painted and there wasn’t a toilet paper holder, the rolls of toilet paper were sitting in the toilet tank. The Internet said that they had “Free WiFi” but it was only in the lobby none in the room itself. The reception lady told us we wouldn’t be able to get WiFi in the room. If we had been staying for more than one night, we would have changed hotels the next day. This is the last time that I will stay at this hotel.

The property is near to down town and other restaurants which I loved. I did not like that the towel rack was non existent or the toilet paper holder. Other than those things , everything else was great.

Room was old fashioned but clean. The television remote control did not work, there was no hot water, the bathroom basin tap sprayed water on the counter top with only some getting to the basin and the air conditioning, though working was noisy. Problems were reported to staff who responded positively and then did nothing

The overall experience at this facility was one of a kind. The check in was pretty good and I was surrounded by local business and banking which made my trip a breeze. I will definitely visit again.
