When we enter our room, a strong perfume greet us!!! Then after a couple of hours, the room smell with cigarette smoke!!!!! We are non smoking family and we hate that!!!! My boys vows not to come back in this place!!!they never clean our room!! I wish i can give zero stars😡😡😡😡😡😡

Nice staff but did not feel all that safe. Lots of folk hanging around hotel in car park. Door chain broken off. Safe broken too. Room had odour of bleach and cigarettes.

The property smelt smoky when we got to our room. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. There was only small pillows for sleeping. Small cushions, no pillows no sheet for sleeping.

When we arrived, there was no hot water as the boiler was broken and being fixed. The photos of the property did not match up with what was actually provided. There was grime at the corners in the closet and the shower floor was stained. Multiple stains in the curtains. Also, this was advertised as a hotel when in fact it's a motel. All unit doors face the parking lot. Paid for two nights and only stayed for one.

Terrible! The first night we didn't have hot water (which would be fine if they have at least warned us), the tv was blurry, the rooms smelled terrible (had to wash everything when we got home), despite no smoking signs, people were smoking all over the place, shower handle (to turn off and on) was falling off the wall and din't work right, lights didn't work right or at all, bed was terrible with a dip ion the middle, pillows were these weird lumpy things that felt like they rolled up some sheets or towels and shoved them in pillow cases

The staff at Freeport Inn were very helpful, however the pillows truly feel as if they are filled with old socks and when the restaurant onsite is open, there is very loud music until 10pm. Overall cleanliness was average and house keeping was unpredictable if they would come and what they would do. It was fine for our purpose and price point, but wouldn't stay again.

Totally disappointed . No early check in available. Breakfast supposed to be available but it wasn’t available even the signs said this way to breakfast. Pillows were dirty and uncomfortable.
