Black mold, rotten drain pipe and no refund!
The bathroom of our apartment was filled with black mold on the shower walls and ceiling. We texted to have it cleaned, but needed to wait nearly 2 days before the handyman could come because the manager “lost his bag of keys” (that was not a problem. Stuff happens). However, the shower turned out not to be the only issue the handyman noticed when he finally came - the sink drain was rusting away, so he needed to fix that, but he didn’t have the correct parts, so he needed to leave twice to get them. We couldn’t use the bathroom for hours - again, fine, I understood that. However, when I contacted the property to get a partial refund for enduring the mold and inability to use our bathroom, no reply. I contacted them twice by email, which is what the property manager said was the only way to get a refund and it was radio silence. So, I cannot recommend this place or company.

A lovely place to stay. The host was very welcoming and gave some great recommendations of places to visit and eat around town. Apartment was clean, modern and quaint. A nice walk to the centre of town.

Allí hay que pagar 40€ en concepto de limpieza. Al chico que nos entregó las llaves le dimos 50 euros y quedó en ir al día siguiente a llevar los 10 euros de la vuelta; para nuestra sorpresa, no apareció ni contestó a nuestro mensaje en el que incluso le ofrecíamos que nos lo ingresará por bizum o PayPal, cosa que no ha ocurrido; 10€ no van a ningún lado, pero nos sentimos engañados y nos molestó que no se dignaran ni a contestarnos. No puedo recomendarlo por buen apartamento que sea.

Asunto oli todella hyvin varusteltu, puhdas ja viihtyisä. Yhteyshenkilöt ystävällisiä. Sijainti hyvä. Ainoa epämiellyttävä asia oli se, että suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä vain ensimmäisenä iltana nelipäiväisen vierailumme aikana.
