The staff, from the front counter personnel to the housekeeping personnel, were always friendly and courteous. The room was nice, and even though we didn’t need housekeeping during our stay it was offered via a slip we could have turned in by 11 AM on any day if we would have needed housekeeping. A lot nicer than a previous hotel we stayed at in French Lick, Indiana!

It was close to the French Lick Hotel. Pool was a nice temperature will definitely stay again and they had a microwave in the room. My only complaint get rid of the bars of soap and put in containers on the as they do in many of the hotels now

The staff was welcoming however my standards for a clean hotel are high and the mattress cover was stained to an extreme level and should not have been on a bed. Further more… there were crumbs behind the bed and nasty stains down the mattress protector. This is the second gross Best Western Plus I’ve stayed in and I’m beginning to think they don’t train their employees to pull the bed back and sweep it.

The property was great! The only issue we had was the air conditioner in our room was extremely loud. It woke us up throughout the night. I’d suggest replacing them in all the rooms. Other guests was also complaining about that.

It was an easy check in. Breakfast was what you'd expect. It was nice that the pool was maintained. Beds were more firm than we're used to. The staff didn't know how the EV charger worked but after calling the number on the charging station, it was fixed. The cost is expensive for EV charging but still cheaper than gas. Overall we'd probably stay again.
