The room was clean, but the coffee pot had to be cleaned before we could use it. Last guest coffee was still in it. The room was warm, quiet and the check in was super quick and simple. It had snowed quite a bit so navigating the parking and moving items into our room was a bit of a struggle but we managed as we are used to snow but normally shovel all walkways to avoid slipping and falling. It was located near anything you'd need, and we just stayed one night.

Cute motel, cozy inside. Tv didn’t work but we weren’t there long enough for it to really matter. We were there when the snow storm hit & parking lot & the stairs were definitely not plowed or shoveled. Otherwise, would stay again.

The room itself was just okay. The beds were comfy, pillows were terrible. The doors had a crack all around letting cold air and light in which caused the furnace to run constantly which was loud. The room was not as clean as it could’ve been, there was hair in the bed and in the shower.

The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, lots of towels (yay!). The frig had a freezer compartment (most mini frig's do not). Melissa at the front desk was so kind and helpful to me in every way. My car had broken down and she allowed me to use my room even after checking out until my vehicle was ready. I would recommend the Valley Inn to anyone needing a comfortable, affordable place to stay in French Lick! Appreciations for all the wonderful, personal service!!!

Decent due to fairly recent room remodels. No breakfast & office closed times I went to ask or get something. Pretty clean, comfy mattress, black out curtains. Small fridge & microwave in rooms. Pool closed for season.
