1. On 7/15/26 trip to Saint Barthes We book an excursion with the property then coming back the ticket person try to tell us our seats were sold 2. On 7/16/26 we called to request wash cloths & the worker was very unprofessional & saying that we didn’t need wash cloths even though there was none in our room when we returned 3. 7/16/26 we were going to dinner stop at the gate 6:30 pm the gate attendant was to busy gossiping with others so it took him time to let us out 4. 7/16/26 at 8:20 pm returning to the property the same gate attended was once again was not by the gate so we waited and when he finally came instead of just opening the gate after i showed him the pass he was trying to become confrontational with us, my goal on vacation is to enjoy my self and my partner relaxing not dealing with drama especially when we spend our hard earn money on vacations it should be a enjoyment not a battlefield with the workers at the property

Check in took over an hour. Most staff friendly, but had to ask several times for bathroom to be cleaned. Check in was supposed to be at 4, but we did not check in until almost an hour later due to room not being cleaned yet. Refused to allow us to check out an hour later. Overall had a great trip, nonetheless.

I thought the overall hotel was nice it appeared clean to the eye, but I started receiving some sort of insect bites on my shoulders, face and legs the second day I was there. I didn’t have this issue when I arrived Monday and still some itching today after arriving home Friday. The breakfast was normal but birds were flying along trying to eat. There was no gym and a small pool. I told the waiter exactly how to make a cocktail it came back wrong, it was terrible for $21.00. I never did see the restaurant even though there was a direction sign.
