Ask for a early check-in and they allowed it with no problems. Close to everything shopping grocery stores restaurants Fresno State is down the street, great place to stay.

Stayed at this hotel on two occasions–each time the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning and the cookies in the lobby added a nice touch. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Awful. We only stayed the first night although I paid for 7. The room was not safe and there were homeless people outside and all around our rental vehicle. The staff aren’t helpful or available and they weren't even answering the window or front door. Many non patrons in the hotel eating and lounging around (homeless or intoxicated people). Do not recommend!
