Very bad customer service upon check-in
Had an amazing night and in till i checked in to this place. The night clerk that checked me in was a total A-hole. Did not feel very welcome. He had a very bad vibe from the get go. Won't go into full detail but lets just say its been a very long time since i wanted to fight someone. Spoke to the manager in the morning named Jay who look into it and said he would handle it. After a night of fun and laughter turned into a night of being very angry 😡 thanks to this douchebag.

The room wasn’t very clean at all. Towels were dirty and had hair on them. Toilet was clogged and almost overflowed everywhere. I freaked out when I pulled the sheets back and there was a brown piece of dirt or something under the sheet. Safe didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Pool was nice. Staff were nice. Hot tub was ok, not very hot and jets didn’t work very well at all.

The room was great and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were extremely kind. My reason for 0 cleanliness is because there were cockroaches in the breakfast room. NUMEROUS!
