Only thing we noticed is that no housekeeping for the first night. Then on our checkout day they were training new housekeeping employees. The other times we have stayed no problems at all.

Ok stay.

The pool area needed some attending the light post had so many spider webs I was afraid the mama spider would pop out of nowhere. It says its dog friendly but there is no designated area for dogs they have to be walked outside the property. The room smelled weird. The front desk personnel was super dry. Not welcoming at all. Been here before because of family that leave in porterville. But not sure I’ll be back here.

it worked for us overall

The location was convenient for us. We stayed two nights. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and in good condition. The breakfast was ok. There were many options to choose from. It was quite crowded in there both mornings. The hot tub door was broken and we could not get in. If it wasn't for my 9 years old small hand to reach in and open it from the other side, we would not have been able to use it. They need to get that fixed or prop it open. Finally I am not sure if they have noticed but their American flag out front is in terrible shape and shredded. They need to retire that and get another one. If they display the flag, at least make sure it looks good.
