Excellent one night stay to visit Sequoia park. Corcoran is a nice small town, has everything you need for a quick stop. The room was very clean and the person in the reception very very polite and with a beautiful smile. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable. Very quiet for the most part. Next time I will opt to be upstairs though because the people above me were walking excessively and could hear it all day/night. But that has nothing to do with the room. It was very nice and the owner was friendly;

We’ve been b there twice. It’s old but beds and linens are correan. Staff is nice and helpful. Had an issue with television but was fixed quickly. Thank you

Horrible experience

I was charged on top of my booking another $5 cleaning fee and a $50 cleaning deposit. It’s a racket that I hope hotels.Com can fix ! The beds were old and uncomfortable with small pillows. We had to stomp on bugs in the room upon arrival.

Try the other place

This place was not clean, the walls desperately needed paint. The bed was not comfortable. The vanity light did not work and there were no bedside lamps. However, the TV was new. The toilet was new and the tub sides were new.

Wouldn’t be my first choice.

Probably won’t come back. Facilities outdated, parking lot needs to be resurfaced, not ADA friendly (no elevator), room layout so-so, better lighting placement needed. Office smelled like curry.
