The pool was very dirty the person at a breakfast they were not nice. There is no cell phone connections the bathroom sink the water. We're not drain. De soap dispenser. In shower what's empty I went to the front desk, but they were too busy i ask 4 directions for local places to eat. The front desk person told me that she's not from area i feel like I pay too much for this hotel. I ask for receipt at the hotel they won't be able? to give me a receipt another guess was complaining about the room as well.

This hotel was the perfect location for our trip to Sequoia National Park. The room was comfortable, updated, and had great towels and pillows. The breakfast was pretty basic, but it did the trick. I like that they had a pool and games outside for families!

The property is a perfect location if you are visiting Seqouia National Park. However the property is old. Rooms are ok but our bathroom was dirty. Continental breakfast was awful. Overall paying $300 a night was not worth it. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We loved the location. It was 10 miles from the entrance of the park. Local restaurants were great, hotel was clean and breakfast was very good as well. Staff was amazing especially Jude! He went above and beyond to help me with my computer. He called me during the evening to show me what I was having trouble with. All went really well and without his help, I wouldn’t have had directions on my cars GPS! He was so patient and kind. Such a nice man and a pleasure to have known!

If you can’t get a reservation within Sequoia, this hotel is just a few miles from the Park entrance and more economical than staying in the Park. Free breakfast and nice pool area with games to relax after a hike. Great market nearby.

Good Hotel in a Good Location

The hotel is located 30 mins from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and is a nice drive through the city of Three Rivers. The hotel had a nice hot breakfast buffet which included eggs, bacon and waffles along with all the other staples, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juices, coffee... Although we did not use the pool it looked very inviting (not heated though.) The jacuzzi was on the small size but perfect after a long day of hiking.The employees we spoke with were very courteous and helpful, especially Emily at the front desk. All in all we would definitely stay here again.
