Bad noise outside you can hear I show the room
A lot of noise on 4th floor coming from outside… people talking and moving garbage cans .. or people throwing garbage in the dumpster around midnight. I didn’t sleep good

The check-in was fast and easy. The room and bathroom were very clean. It’s in a downtown area so there was a homeless presence, but it was a convenient location for us. No one bothered us. Nice restaurants within walking distance.

I loved the service. There was amazing. The Night Shift person at the desk was so sweet and then the next shift the next person was very kind. Everybody was so nice and friendly and made a big difference for me and I’d rather reviews and this is the reason I picked the hotel because of the charging station and the breakfast? Breakfast was totally amazing. I didn’t give a five star for the building. I can tell it’s old but they do their best it’s very clean. It is downtown, but I had a wonderful experience. Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time overall every single person I ran into was kind friendly And helpful !!!

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Nice to have a good hot breakfast included and is walking distance to the cute town. I definitely rcommend! I would just bring ear plugs next time as the surrounding area was loud late at night and in the morning with loud music and cars racing. We also must have been right next to the garbage pick up.
