The hotel was really comfortable, the staff was very nice, and they had a nice indoor heated pool. The only thing I didn’t like is that there are no locks on the side entrances so anyone can enter the hotel.

Minor flaws, but best bang for
Stayed over the the Thanksgiving weekend. The carpet and lamp shade were dirty. Found a few children’s toys from previous guests under the bed and behind the red stained chair. Service was good from the workers, very professional. The WiFi was very poor, you can barely web surf. Unable to watch shows on my tablet. The free breakfast had a good spread and saved the trip experience. Very price friendly so in a pinch, I would stay again.

Unethical price gouging, Clean but Noisy
Stayed there for daughter’s track meet for the State championships. My room for a basic 2 queens was $412 total which is crazy for Fresno for a business type no frills overnighter type room that’s not really within walking convience to anything. I’m sure this price gouging due to the track meet but I’m calling it out as unethical nevertheless for a high school meet. It’s not a Taylor swift concert. I would say this room should be $120 a night max. Hotel staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was decent, coffee was pretty good and kept fresh in the lobby. Didn’t have time to use the gym or pool but looked good, and the hotel looked and smelled clean….. …but the hotel, despite looking new, had really thin walls and thin old windows which couldn’t keep the nearby highway noise down nor the noise from the nearby rooms or hallway. TV is pretty tiny for modern standards and has a confusing two remote older cable TV remote setup along with a separate TV remote. Bed were a bit too soft for me also but the freeway noise and helicopters(?) woke me up a few times. Check out was easy, but due to the price gouging and noise, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Good family stay.
It was good over all. Only complaint was the constant noises, laughing, stomping, running by adults and children above us at 4 am making it hard to sleep. Once reported they handled it right away. Thank you!

I have it a low score because they didnt have any extra towels. The jacuzzi was not working and no room service. Also the tv channels said that they needed to be purchased so many channels you cannot watch and the tv did not have an option to connect youtube account

Ok experience.
I been using this hotel for the last 7 years and always had an excellent experience, this last time stayed for 2 nights 11/22-11/24 as we arrived, checking in was easy and the front desk lady was amazing really helpful, going in side the room, found lots of hair in the bath tub and sheets, the bed sheets didn’t look like it was changed had a dirt stain and a bunch of hair. Other than that inside pool is great, breakfast was really good.
