So quiet and clean

We came to Fresno for an event that would keep us there a couple of days... The room was beautiful, clean, and the hotel was very quiet! There were plenty of guests with building construction keeps noise in the room to a minimum. Nicely furnished, great accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was very nice and everything was clean. Also we forgot an item in our room and didn’t realize it. They texted us and emailed us about the missing item. That’s the first time I have experienced that and I was super grateful. I’ve never had a hotel contact me about a left behind item. We were able to stop by and pick it up before we left the area.

Title: Issues with Reservation and Extra Charges** I had an unfortunate experience with my reservation at this hotel. The staff made an error with my booking, which caused confusion between my reservation and my sister’s. This mix-up was frustrating and caused some unnecessary stress during our stay. Additionally, the hotel charged a \$120 fee for both rooms (so \$60 each), which was explained as a deposit in case of damages to the rooms. The staff informed us that the deposit would be refunded within 3 days after check-out, assuming there were no damages. While the hotel itself was fine, the reservation mishandling and unexpected charges definitely impacted our overall experience.

We have stayed here several times and the staff is always so accommodating and rooms are clean. The gym is great! The beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet for the most part except the doors close VERY loudly so we heard people coming in and out at 2:00am which was disturbing and woke us up. Overall it’s a great hotel.
