A not family friendly at all. It was all shady around and we could hear screams and fighting all night! Smoke smell in rooms and entire floor although it’s supposed to be non smoking area ! No toiletries in the room
Very convenient and reasonably tidy. Low standard for a Wyndham.noticed other reviews noted shower problems, we experienced the same with a lack of hot water.
It was my worst experience ever. I made the booking with Expedia.
The lady at the front desk told me deposit was $50 I said okie when I was about to check in she asked for $200 deposit.
I refused to check in and told her I will cancel the booking. Not knowing my booking was non refundable.
I opened app to cancel booking and cancel option wasn't there. But somehow the lady cancelled the booking by herself without my consent and gave me a paper of cancellation.
I was so tired, upset and needed a place to sleep.
This lady really pissed me off.
I called Expedia agent Omar told me he will do his best to initiate fhe refund.
I had to book another property and pay even more money to stay for the night.
After 2 days even Expedia emailed me they cannot refund my booking amount.
I just went there to lose my money.
It was very humiliating and Expedia didn't helped me at all as well.
It was the worst experience ever from property as well as Expedia.
I am still waiting for you Expedia to return my money because the hotel did not let me stay there cause I don’t have 200$ cash deposit and my wife has a fever and is terribly sick and I am a veteran and this is how people are treated today is horriable
