We asked for Room service and unfortunately the staff that took our request dropped the ball...after a long hike to the Sequoia we returned to No Room Service, NO CLEAN LINENS, NO BEDS MADE, NO TRASH REMOVED, NO VACUUMED FLOOR...We spoke to management, hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Overnight enroute to Kings Canyon
Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Breakfast area had plenty of tables and space. Only minor complaint was the AC in the hallway didn't keep the area cool. Room was fine but the hallway was warm. Short walk to food options. Would stay there again if passing through.
