This property is dirty. It smells like hell. It’s an abode for homeless folks. You will come out and see people sleeping in the stairways or roaming the property. Someone can just knock on your door and try opening it. I’ve heard of stories about break ins. No one comes to clean your room no matter how many times you asked. It’s probably a place where government put homeless people. And then there are those sleeping on stairways and leave dirty and trash and horrible smell. Staff at the reception are the only people in the facility. They have been great in attending to you. I am never going back to this facility again.

Very cheap, very dirty. Bugs in the room. There wasn’t even hand soap. Checked out early due to infestation of roaches. Smelled dirty and like smoke in room. Old linens. Towels and linen are probably as old as the hotel. The worst experience I’ve had in years.

Here’s what you get: Room was not clean. No maid service. Loud guests throughout the night. Roaches and flies! What more could you ask for?!

Welcome to the Roach Motel
Floors were filthy; no maid service (they advertise once a week and the clerk said “every other week,” but no one came during our entire stay!). We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and sheets. We purchased swiffer mop to mop floors. There were roaches and flies during the first week-had to purchase roach spray. We would’ve left but our budget couldn’t afford anything else.

The room looked old. Not shapoo, not soap, not iron, the bed was full and not queen as they said. The room smell bad. Even it was clean, it looked dirty. The bed sheets and cover were worn out. Only the towels were in excellent conditions.

Check in took a while. They only allow one person in the office at a time so I had to wait outside. Fortunately it was not cold (was 40C/105F). The previous occupant had not turned the AC off so it was really cold when I got to the room. Not really a problem, just put a jacket on, but what a waste of electricity! Also, if the cleaner did not bother to turn the AC off, you start thinking that perhaps they did not bother to clean the room - maybe they just smoothed out the sheets rather than changing them.

horrible.
do not stay here. the pictures on the website are NOT accurate. the place looks nothing like the pictures. the hotel is located in a very sketchy and run area with many homeless individuals and trash littered all around. every time we would walk outside, we would be harassed by them. you have to call the office for them to unlocked a secured door for you in order to get in, but the elevator to the rooms is not secured and just about anyone can walk up to use it. i felt EXTREMELY unsafe my entire visit and felt unsafe leaving my car in the parking lot. at one point, i looked outside my room video and there were people LAYING AND SLEEPING on the balcony. there was a family in the next room SCREAMING and FIGHTING, which turned very violent (we heard them physically fighting and a CHILD screaming crying). when we looked out through the curtains to see what was going on, they saw us and started BANGING ON OUR ROOM WINDOWS AND CALLING US NAMES. nothing was done about all the commotion. Furthermore, the room had NO soap, conditioner or shampoo and only about 2 towels. the shower didn't work, maybe 1 stream of water came out. No room service came to leave fresh towels. the room absolutely smelled disgusting, too. If i could get a refund on this room, i absolutely would. the only positive is that the woman at the front desk during check in was nice. that's about the only positive.
