I stay there everytime I visit my son. The grounds are very well landscaped ,rooms ate clean and readonably proces. Love the Pappas restaurant and bar that is on the property.

Staff was friendly making it easy to check in. The grounds were very well maintained. We were surprised that the entry doors to the buildings were all wide open-just seems like a safety item as non-stayers could get in. The room was nice, but the bathroom needs a little updating as wallpaper was peeling off at the bottom. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The property is very nice. Beautiful plantings, lime trees, crape myrtle trees. Rooms wwas nice, clean. Water pressure was awesome. Nothing worse than taking a shower with no water pressure. Only down thing is noise of outer doors leading to halls of the rooms. Clanky noisy sounds when doors shut.

Breakfast was good both days we were there. The potatoes on Wednesday were perfectly spiced. The AC worked better than some newer hotels and kept the room cool on the hot Fresno days. We will stay here again.
