Chairs by the pool, were dirty umbrellas didn't work in the extreme heat. Doors in front of the room were broken. Access to the hallway for anyone walking by Breakfast wasn't very good choices were limited

This place was nice for a quick overnight stop. Staff was friendly. Buildings were old and smelt old but i didnt mind. The breakfast ended at 9 which was too short of time. They do have extended stays, so are peoplw living there?

Very pleasant place to stay. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. Spacious rooms, and an excellent free breakfast in the morning. Convenient and safe location. There is security that patrols at night and I have never had a problem or seen any suspicious activity or even a hint of it. The rooms are older, although you can pay a few dollars extra for an updated room. This said, I see no need to because the older rooms are very clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Top value for the money and the number one place I stay when visiting Fresno.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast has changed since we came last year and seems to have less options but we still enjoyed it. Potatoes were good. I was hoping they would have OJ but it only had cranberry juice and apple juice. Room is very neat and clean. AC worked well. very quiet ac unit. Cool retro looking hotel, I really loved the look! very spacious. Hallway is very loud but luckily it wasnt too disruptive. We will stay here again. :)

Friendly and helpful front desk, rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. Walls are thin so there was some noise but not too bad. Pool was perfect. Breakfast was lacking. Overall though, I would stay again.

Property has been around forever so it’s got established grounds which is nice- location is easy to get in and out of. Pool is well maintained. Rooms are kinda dated. Bedding is white which is good, but TV is small, air conditioner worked but was a little temperamental, bathroom door was hard to shut and our toilet ran. Shower head was really good and water pressure was amazing! Walls are thin and doors are heavy so they slam and echo in the hallway. BUT the staff was very kind, and for the price, it was all worth it.

When I arrived at the hotel I asked to be seated in the hotel restaurant.. it was about 5:00 p.m., the place was empty but they said they were full for the night and it proceeded to go downhill from there with bad attitude and not trying to be accommodating at all. I asked if it mattered if I was a hotel guest and they said he said no. When I got to my room as I was going to bed I noticed a bug crawling on my pillow- this was at about midnight so I called and had to move all my stuff two buildings down .then I got to the other room and when I woke up the other morning, I could see that the sheets were dirty so again I called the desk and I asked them to please change the sheet.. the nice young man came to the door with the sheets and said I guess I could put them on myself and I didn't want to so to his credit he did get a housekeeper and they did change the sheets for me.. the front desk didn't offer this help at all.. As I was leaving I asked to speak to a manager she came out completely stoned-faced I started explaining to her she immediately interrupted me and told me she'd heard about it from the restaurant and gave me all the reasons why they were busy and reservations and all that and never cracked a smile and never said anything and told me basically that I was lying when I told her the waiter said about being a guest didn't matter. I told her about the moving and the sheet issue and she had no reaction.. I could go on but I'm out of space.. Beware- uncaring..
