Its a decent place to stay if visiting Sequoia National Park, although its 45 minutes from the closest entrance. The room was fine, although the bathroom was not well cleaned in spots. My problem was with the broken ice machine, the cleanliness of the common areas and the failure to keep the breakfast food restocked. The toaster required directions and no ond could figure out how to operate it. It was chaotic and messy.

When I checked in, the woman at the front desk was distracted by her child and the TV with cartoons. One day ok, two days in a row same scene. It seems as though management allows her to work and watch her child, must be pretty desperate to get people to work there. Meanwhile the “free breakfast” was a joke, cereal, bread to make toast and self made waffles. I’m thinking this should be an hourly motel, if you get the hint.

We stayed 2 nyts so that we can go early saturday morning. The food was already and some of the guest put food on the plate and suddenly the staff said, it's just 6:45am and to wait until 7am. I said for real? The food was already on our plate? The frontdesk did not even informed us that the breakfast will be ready at 7am. That was embarrasing.

Our room 204 looked dirty, nothing like the pic on line. Carpet and tile floor and tub just looked old and dirty. We had been traveling all day and were too tired to say anything. However, the staff was great. Super friendly and helpfull. Think corp needs to do a bit of a refresh.

Staff is friendly and the room was clean with a firm but soft bed. The bathroom and AC unit had a strong mildew smell though that we couldn’t get out but overall the bathroom cleanliness was okay.

Awesome stay! Visited Sequoia National Park and this was a close option. Friendly staff when checking in. Lots of food options in the area. Room was clean and nice. Hotel Breakfast was great with many options. Thank you.
