Women (older women)at check in desk needs redreshed on customer service, Kinda rude and condescending, got overwhelmed to easily for only me checking in with 1 phone call during the process. room is dirty, need new carpet or better vacuum, feet get brown walking barefoot. Door to hallway is broken and lock is removed obviously has been rejected for repair, whichbis supose to be for security to keep unwanted people away from the rooms. Area is fresno, ca so basically known for being a drug using town, so surrounding neighborhood is as expected. The name of this establishment does not meet a normal standard

Clean and comfy

This hotel is older, but they have made noticeable efforts to keep the rooms clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the clerk was very nice. The beds were comfortable (I love the sheets) and the area was quiet.

It was a horrible experience overall. The receptionist was rude and very unaccommodating. The swimming pool was out of service which did not state that it was closed.
