The front desk clerk was not in attendance when I arrived. Later I saw another guy waiting for her return and heard her say she was "walking the property," while he waited. This is a place for construction crews, not for business travelers. The room was clean, place looked new.

In general, excellent for price point. One safety issue: bathroom light/fan on shutoff timer. A long shower will run over the time, and the room goes dark. Not good.
