I will likely not return to this property. I visit Fresno often and in a last minute trip needed a convenient spot. I thought Ramada meant something but clearly not in this case. The rooms are trashed, outdated, and just feel dirty. The folx at the front desk were pleasant and helpful but man, the property is deteriorating big time. If you’re super desperate, maybe. But otherwise sleep elsewhere.

The staff is AMAZING! Very kind polite individuals from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast man keeping the space clean and stocked. The door handle to my room is on its last leg….difficult to open clearly needs to be replaced. The toilet handle to flush was hit and miss but always came through despite my worry. This is a very budget friendly place to stay
