Room was not ready when we checked in at 4PM. We left our bags and later returned to find the room to be unclean. Next day, we reminded the cleaning staff to clean the room. They said "yes", but it was not cleaned. When I checked with the front desk in the evening, I was told that, they will not clean the room on a daily basis. We had to clean ourselves. This is not okay.

The location was great. The property definitely needs some update. But for the price it was okay didn't see much of the staff.Everything closed up pretty early, so had to drive to Eat Places. But as far as location for the sequoia park perfect
The room had a odd smell and the window air conditioner was not working. The area was having a heat wave. After hiking all day we decided not to stay. Now filing a claim.
Was a delight to stay at the property
rooms along the river was outstanding
Staff at restaurants very professional and pleasant to talk with. had local knowledge about the natural parks . info given to us was very valuable.
The property is really rundown and it was pretty dirty, especially the carpet. There are no outlets near the bed to charge anything. The AC didn’t work great and the room was a sauna when I arrived. It is very close to the start of sequoia, but honestly you’d be better off to stay in Fresno and enter on the kings canyon side. It takes an hour to drive into sequoia from oakhurst and I WAY over paid for this stay and the conditions.
It was very close to sequoia national park.
The price was reasonable. Great little cafe next-door. Not many amenities. The bed was fine. Sheets were rough. Toilet wiggled badly. The shower was very difficult to regulate and then shut off. The coffee carafe was dirty. With a little effort, it would be a nice place to stay. The place was older and a little worse for wear.
We had ants in the bathtub, when turned down, the beds had crumbs in the bed and clearly had not been changed. The bathroom has mold growing in it and smelled like mildew.

The hotel stay was fine, older hotel but good for the price and proximity to the park.
The unit we rented was dirty, there were rodent droppings in the bedroom. It was being remodeled and wasn’t finished, it was in a state of construction with holes in the ceiling and throughout the unit. The lights didn’t work and it was dark.
There was no one on-site for check-in or duration of the stay.....took more 20 minutes fir someone to show up. We arrived at4pm and called number but no one answered so called an alternate number to finally get someone headed to let us in. First room had a toilet that ran constantly....2nd room had major issues with TV. Other than that the room was very clean.
It was good enough to sleep there. The room looked like it wasn’t vacuumed but we didn’t care since we were just there to sleep after exploring sequoia. Room had a funny smell but cleared up after leaving windows open and turning on the AC. Water was very foggy the second we turned it on but cleared up after a few seconds. It was an alright stay. Good enough to sleep with a working AC. 3 stars
Was conveniently located to Sequoia National Park. Housekeeping could have been a little better, but overall was acceptable. The staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.
It was very relaxing and had plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great location not very far from the entrance to the National Park but our particular refrigerator did not work and I couldn't figure out how to get the air and or heater working
