Weird smell and dirty floors.
Would I recommend this place to a friend? No....did it work for a night? Yes. Rooms were renovated, so that was cool. Very small, no frills...which was ok...but listen to the other reviews that said weird smell. The room smelled like floor cleaner and urine. The floor was so filthy my feet were black after walking around a few minutes. It was quiet and worked for the night, but yeah...kind of ick.

We stayed on a Sunday night and it is a great place to rest but do not expect to have things to do around this quiet downtown area.

Below average experience
The AC was fluctuating on a 106 Fresno summer evening. And took all night to even reach a cool temp, the bathtub was left uncleaned, no wipe down and the towels weren’t spot free. Already used straws for coffee, housekeeping didn’t bother to put out new amenities for coffee. One bed had clean sheets, the other seemed to have spots and dirt on them. The floors didn’t look clean or mopped at all, for what this place was worth in regards to location and price, I feel very unsatisfied with my stay. I’m a housekeeper myself, and I know lazy when I see it.

Very safe and lots of light on parking lot!
Wonderful customer service fast reservation. This hotel is very clean. Feels safe and there’s lots of light throughout the hotel it’s in a very convenient place. Lots of places to eat nearby walking distance literally downtown Fresno.

Had a very loud neighbor right above us - made noise for hours. Front desk took care of it but it still took another hour for them to stop making very loud noises. Thanks front desk.

Felt unsafe in the area traveling alone. The AC made a ton of noise but kept me cool enough and the noise drowned out the loud music and yelling of the open door party on the second floor. The manager did stop by and apologize and spoke to the revelers.
