Needs work

The room needs major renovations and new furniture. The tub was very uninviting and i chose not to use it. The TV had no signal even ater checking the cable connection. Non working elevator. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was large.

Both employees that I spoke to were great. I feel like the customer service is really good however the room was very dirty and was the home to a huge family of cockroaches that were on the bed, climbing the walls, and calling the bathroom, their homebase. The parking lot was a little sketchy but overall not bad. I truly believe that if there wasn’t a bug problem, it would’ve been fine but when you’re ready to go to sleep, and there are cockroaches in your bed, it’s kinda hard to sleep. That was the final straw for my family and I. We immediately packed up and went down to the front counter to check out and hopefully get a refund. The employee was very nice and said that she had processed a partial refund and I should be getting that refund within the next few days hopefully that goes through.

Place looks nothing like the photos. You could see stains on curtains, bedsheets, the mattress, and even the furniture. There was blood stains on the wall. Windows were broken and covered up with cardboard. Cockroaches were running around. Hallway smelled of weed and cigarettes, even the rooms I booked smelled - even though I booked for non-smoking. This place is a run down cheap option for long term stay for the locals. Worst experience ever. Do not book here.

No elevator or fire escape

The elevator was broken and the stairs and fire escape near elivaotrw where chained off so parking in secure parkinf involved walkinf dubble the distance

Check in was no issue at all . The photos don’t really match with the actual hotel . The hallways are dirty , anyone can get into the parking lot . The walls were kind of thin cause you can hear the conversation from the other side . The furniture is old and outaded .

Do not!!!!! do not make reservations here. Within 30 minutes checking in we could hear the neighbors in the front or on the side yelling screaming hitting the wall. The hotel is really outdated from the inside. I walked into the restroom and there was cockroaches on the side of the sink. we went to the front desk to cancel and we spoke to the manager. He said he was going to take a look at it. He said he did not hear anything and that he was gonna charge us $20 for cleaning but we were only there for 30 minutes. He rolled his eyes and said you must cancel because you have a dog but yet we could hear the room across a dog barking. I do not recommend.

Nothink i liked, doorway to room was smelly like garbage, i asked water for front gate and they said they do t have water fountain or any water bottle if i want somethink i should walk to any close by store and get my water, it was cold and 10:30 at night!!! Plus bed lights didn’t work i had to do work near washroom where light was on!!! Extremly Bad experience.

Homess people wondered in and out. People not employed there hassled us at the counter. People living there. This is less a hotel for visitors and more of a low cost housing for the city's homeless.
