Comfortable and convenient
This was my second stay here. Just like the first time, the room was clean, comfortable, and well priced. The staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. The only disappointment was the hot tub being out of order, especially since I specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub. Might just be bad timing on my part, but this seems to be a common occurence at hotels. Someone's kid probably left a yule log floating in there.

Staff was very dishonest. Got charged for the blanket supposedly was missing after my check out. Called to clear out, but went through he said she said situation. Even the manager said would call back, never did! Had never been accused of stealing or taking a blanket from the hotel!

I I love this property, I have been staying here around Thanksgiving time for many years. It is clean, quiet the staff is lovely. The property itself needs some updating and the pools needs to be heated. It almost does not seem safe to have such a cold body of water in the middle of the hotel.

It was an amazing area and good setting. But saw cockroaches in the hallway and 2 went in the room, and im dissabled and had to roll super far from where i parked to the entrance because there is no ramps from the spots into the side entrances or sidewalk. Just front. Breakfast was ok
