The check-in office is located at 912 North Summit Blvd in Frisco, Colorado, 80443. (See Location page for directions). Check-in begins at 4 PM. Guests who arrive after the Frisco office has closed can pick-up an information packet in the late check-in box, located inside the front foyer. The outside of the packet will be clearly marked with the last name on the reservation. The packet will contain keys and a map to your unit. Guests are required to stop by the office in the morning to register.

Old and Tired
The unit is old and tired and not aging gracefully. The main disappointment was you couldn’t walk in and make a cup of coffee/tea. No “standard” inclusions like coffee, tea, sugar and milk or even coffee filters for the machine. The dishwasher was loud enough to wake the neighbours. Ok to sleep 5 or 6 but only 4 chairs at the table. Why? Location: behind the light industrial area of Frisco. Some of the other units in the complex had a much better outlook. The pool and spa were fine.

Beds/bedding need to be updated and refreshed. Remove dusty wall hangings. Clean fans. Put a few outdoor charis on deck.

Lagoon Townhomes, Nice and quiet
Lovely place, quiet and comfortable. The pool was clean and big. Liked having the garage for car and bikes. Lots of stairs, no grill or internet in ours. There is an insurance fee or refundable deposit that is not mentioned. Great for a weekend getaway. Close (not too close) to stores, lake dillon and bike paths.
