I have stayed here many times in the past and always liked this hotel. I believe housekeeping was short handed but did a good job anyway. I think the woman manager on that day could use a little coaching on customer service. We arrived with a great deal of bags and equipment. The desk was not busy there were bags of laundry in the hall that we could not get around. She just seemed oblivious to anything more than the front desk. It wouldn’t stop me from coming back but it was disappointing

Great price and convenient location. There was water dripping from the hallway ceiling into a large garbage bin all night long. I was told it’s hard to get plumbers to fix it. I should have turned up the white noise. I complained and they gave me maybe a $20 discount.

No hot water— tough luck for you
Hot tub out of order. Water not hot when needed. Known to be a recurring problem. Ramada offered nothing. No discount. Had to pay ful $, though Ramada could not supply basic amenities. Had to pull out and find another hotel last minute.

Stayed here for skiing in Summit County. Booked early for peak season and got very affordable rate. Beds were comfortable. People upstairs were a bit noisy so not alot of soundproofing between floors. Complimentary breakfast worked to fuel me up for morning of skiing. Nothing fancy but convenient location and functional for ski trip
