It was a perfect place to store my luggage while hiking Mount Fuji. Quite expensive to get to and from. Very limited transportation. Wouldn’t honor a late check out, but they did store my luggage in return.

It is not a 5 stars hotel, But overall was excellent !! Especially I would like to praise for the Staffs and Services. Even I never met anyone of them, i had late check in (after 8pm) and leave about 6am. The instructions of self-check in/out was clear. Staff reply email very fast! I was planning to hike fuji mountain, I got some questions but couldn't reach the related department, and I ask for help from the hotel. They did an extra work for me , so appreciated!

有一小插曲，昨晚過了22：30到達，自助以密碼check in , 今早07：08 self check out , 這段時間未與職員見面。昨晚已提出要安排免費車位，但住所發出的電郵是晚上20：19，可惜的是我們今早10：47才收到由Expedia電郵有關車位的安排。當14：40取車時發了一張由Q-STA的泊車罰款通知，即向職員了解。最終可以享用免費泊車，原來要有泊車証才可泊車，但我沒收到相關的車位的安排，儘管我已預早提出需要安排車位。最後感謝協助有關泊車罰款的問題。 房間環境很整潔，很舒適，地點鄰近車站，交通方便，會推薦給他人
