The staff and the people are awesome as always, but the hotel is old and definitely in dire need of a refresh and upgrades! The laundry "facility" consisted of an overheated tiny room and a dryer that steamed your clothes wet rather than dry them with layers of dust and lint on top.

Best bed in Fukuoka.
The best hotel bed I have found in Fukuoka. Slightly worn but clean. breakfast was good. Location is walking distance to a lot of things. about 2 bloks to subway and plenty of buses on their street or 1 block away.

혼자 여행하기에 좋은 숙소 입니다. 시설은 쫌 오래 되었지만 청소 상태 및 서비스는 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 앞에 포차도 있어서 이용하기에 좋습니다. 다음에 또 혼자 여행 간다면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

소음과 서비스 제로입니다.
처음 체크인 부터 돈을 200¥씩 내라하더니 4층 15호객실에 투숙했는데 커피 포트에 코드를 찾을 수 없어서 매우 불편했고요. 밤 9시이후에는 호텔근처가 매우 소란스러워서 불편했습니다.
