The excellence of service is just incredible. Everyone working above and beyond. Specially MS. Nana 大野who is working in breakfast lounge of 33 rd floor went to other dining room to get coffee for me. Next morning she was preparing already to serve me that coffee by getting it beforehand. Her professionalism is very impressive. I really appreciate her. Ocean spa service was awesome. The sea view from room was very nice. The bartender at bar of 35 th floor and the staff working in Sushi restaurant was very attentive and super nice.

I was in a 28th floor twin room with a beautiful view of the sea and city. 5 minute walk to the beach of golden sand, with some very funky little cafes and bars. The hotel was very clean, the room was fantastic, the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The top floor bar had great views. Nothing negative to say, it was brilliant! Thank you Hilton Seahawk!

Hotel staff Can’t speak much English and room inservice phone always engaged during peak hour. I experience the same in Hilton Malaysia. Unlike Hilton, W Hotel Taiwan always have someone to pick up the phone anytime you order for inservice. I am willing to pay additional charges for early checked-in but room was hot and they did not prepare aircon in advance and when I feedback they said need 1 hour cooling time because it was just turn on. I emailed reservation in advance for early checked in but they didn’t see the need to prepare. So I asked why didn’t you turn on the aircon 1 hour earlier knowing it takes time to cool down ? After my complain, they said will waive the additional charges but when I checked out I was still billed for this charges until I highlight to them that they promise to waive why bill me? Generally Hilton in Malaysia, Japan, London do not give me good experiences. I do not recommend Hilton!

Pleasant stay
Our room was ready before the normal check in hour and we were allowed to check in earlier. The hotel location is just next to dome where the baseball matches are held. It's also walking distance to ohori park and a mall and teamlab fukuoka.

We were a large party of 13 who came in from the US and Canada for a wedding. 2 of us were Hilton Honors members but not given the perks until last day. Our room was wrong and we had to change and were then put on the smoking floor. The only place we could gather was at the bar/ restaurants which closed too early at night. We were asked to leave several times. We noticed at other tables the wine poured in their glasses was twice as much. We did not feel welcome. There were numerous other issues. The wedding however ,was beautiful.
