Hotel is very nice. No exercise room but that is not unusual. Staff a bit rigid. Check out time is 11 am and wanted to extend to 11:30 and they could not do this without charging me some fee. Otherwise hotel is fine and very convenient.

A ver convenient hotel to stay at. It’s really close to the hotel! Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Really wish they had a convenience store in the hotel like many hotel have in Japan.

This hotel is conveniently close to Hakata Station. Just a short walk. Hakata Station is a main transportation hub, shopping center, and houses a huge selection of dining choices. Five stars for hotel staff, breakfast selection, room size, and overall cleanliness. This would be my hotel choice for Fukuoka.
