The room is not the most spacious as is the case for most Japanese business hotels, but for the size of the room bathroom was big enough that I didn't need to crouch for anything. Conveniently located and very quite in the evening.

Great Location
We booked the rooms at a higher rate than usual due to the high demand for public holidays. It's a bit expensive for a space this small. Other than that, the experience is pretty good. Location is perfect - it's quiet enough where there's a park right out of the window, but 2 mins walk to many nice cafes and restaurants. 5 mins walk to the busiest part of the city.

A great value for the price! Amenities were spot on. Laundry was okay but took some time. The bar at the roof overlooking the city looked good and had a nice view. There was a kitchen on the 3rd floor if needed, and a shared refrigerator. The room was a no frills kind of space where the space was minimalist and utilized smartly. My room had a view of a parking onramp, and had light coming in the window in the mornings. The staff could use some interaction skills with internationals, but was very courteous.
