A really great hotel

This hotel was a great surprise in any possible way. Starting with the location just off Fukuoka station, excellent service, clean, great amenities, and huge rooms especially in Japanese standards.

We have booked 3 nights in separate booking. We requested for not changing our rooms but wasn’t available unless we downgrade 2 nights of our booking. We didn’t want to downgrade so we kept the original booking and changed room once. However we found that the room type , size and floor was same for both room. We wonder what was the difference , which made us need to change our room without any significant difference between the room type. This was a bit disappointing.

Amazing location and service!

Really enjoyed the convenience of underground access to the station without having to step outside. The service of the employees are above and beyond. We ordered a taxi and they walked with us outside and waited for the taxi with us to give the driver instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Hotel next to train station

Hotel is located one block away from Hakata train station. We had a large room with city veiw. The room was comfortable but, the beds were harder than we are used too in the US. Anyways, it has friendly and professional staff and excellent location with regard to train travel and shopping and dinning options. Excellent hotel!
