I Would Definitely Return!
I stayed three times during my trip. The first and second time the rooms were pretty basic. The third time when I stayed 2 nights I had the Double Superior room which was a definite upgrade from the previous standard rooms. All rooms have a nice soaking bathtub with bath additives and a lot of amenities including coffee, tea and bottled water. The even numbered rooms have better views. The service overall at the hotel was excellent from cloak service, cashier, lobby assistance, and restaurant. The hotel is very conveniently located to the Tenjin station and convenience stores, shopping and restaurants. My flight was in the evening, so I asked for a late checkout which was just for a couple of hours at ¥2000 per hour. I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and nice Hotel in high value.
Very good location. Room is spacious. Service is good especially the lady Portman. Regret I didn’t ask her name. Very enjoyable sitting in the Lounge and Bar facing the Japanese Garden.

Great location. Deco may be dated but it looks great still, is in good condition and is clean. Porter, door and valet staff are all super friendly and helpful. Front desk staff aren’t as friendly or helpful unfortunately. Their concierge service is lacking - they didn’t seem to have one and when we asked the front desk for restaurant recommendations they just told us to walk around the area which wasn’t helpful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here again.
