The only problem was the breakfast voucher experience was not very good and they could not give me a receipt. I was in a room and they kept giving me a receipt for a different room. They kept printing out the wrong receipt 3 times. I could have written off rhe stay if i got a receipt.

Other than the small size of the rooms , this hotel was excellent. Very clean , delicious buffet breakfast , near subway ; courteous and responsive staff . English was not a problem

We chose this hotel for it's convenient location, reasonable price and based on previous reviews and we were very impressed with their services. They offer an optional breakfast buffet as well as free wifi for guests and they are located less than a 2 minute walk from Tojinmachi Station.

適正価格ならば問題く綺麗なホテルです。 しかしこのアプリで予約したからなのか、このグレードのホテルにしては高すぎました。 部屋の設備、サービスに見合わない。 通常価格よりも高い値段で泊まったことが明白に分かったのはチェックイン時です。 福岡県の宿泊税が通常価格なら200円のところ、私は1泊2万以上払っていたので「お客様は500円」でした またレイトチェックアウトの金額もサイト記載の価格より多く取られます。事前確認せずにレイトチェックアウトを申し出ると高く請求されるので、サイト記載の値段をこちらから申し出た方がぼられません。 このホテルで2万以上払うなら10万払ってヒルトンに泊まった方が納得できます。

立地は最高。設備・サービスは可も無く不可も無く。
部屋は必要最小限の設備とスペースで可も無く不可も無く。テレビがベッドの横壁に据え付けてあり、角度も変えられないので寝ながら観られないのが大不満。 他の宿泊施設も軒並み値上がりしているのは承知だが、このレベルのホテルではちょっと割高かな。 地下鉄出口から出てすぐ目の前にあり、隣にコンビニもあって立地は最高。
