Hotel is in good location and easy walk to Hakata Station. Very clean and excellent laundry facilities. Only issue was the room size (expected in Japan) as we struggled with the lack of space. Overall would recommend as good option.

It's very inconvenient that this hotel does not offer luggage delivery service (they can RECEIVE but not send). We had to take our luggages to two different convenient stores to send to our next hotel, as the first one did not have room for luggages. No kettle in the room, needs to use water machine by lobby, which the floor is always wet. No luggage stand. I do like that the sink, shower, and toilet are separated.

the property has good location for food and transportation, the breakfast was good but a little more variety would have made it better, the free bottle of water should be in the room already instead of pick up especially for people who early activities
