A Wonderful Stay With Lovely Professional Staffs!

What separates a great hotel from the ordinary normal one? This is the one lovely hotel that stands out in the entire Fukuoka even the overrated Hotel Okura (Okura staffs are old, looks tired and extremely unfriendly) doesn’t come close to this hotel whose staffs are more vibrant and visibly conscious of the guests! The main factor is that some of the staffs are so efficient, competent and professional like Front staff- Takuma Ikegami and the F&B Manager- Asuka Ueyama. Makes your overall stay experience more enchanting and memorable! Please send these two wonderful individuals my appreciation and gratitude. Thank you.

古い施設だからか朝方に火災警報器が鳴った。原因は不明だが放置機は誤報であったが、なんのアナウンスもなく不安な時間が流れた。 また受付は機械的で不機嫌なスタッフが対応。正直かなり気分が悪かった。

Room is a bit dark especially the shower area because of the dark curtains. Would be good if there is more lighting. Also, a bit small. No coffee provided but there is a wide variety of teas. Would be good if coffee is also provided

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Just wish they had a small refrigerator /freezer. There was a small ref but it was more like a cooler that didn’t really keep our drinks/food cold.

The hotel is solid the bar downstairs is Lively basically living up its name its just that it would have been nicer if it was a little bit away from the host bar venue nearby was a bunch of host clubs. Other than that solid hotel we got the basic room it was clean and professional. Would recommend this area for younger couples or single folks. Bartender knew his drinks

공항선 가능 전철 해피아워에 맥주 레몬사와 무료 4월에 방문했는데 에어컨만 건물전체 켜져있고 온오프만 가능 해서 객실에서 너무 추웠어요 객실용 잠옷이 있는데도 안에 티셔츠 양말 신고 잤어요 돈키호테 가까워서 좋아요 근처에 이치란 편의점 역에 마트 있어서 좋아요 조식에 라떼바 너무 맛있어요 외국인들이 많아요

音が……

8階に泊まりました。部屋は広く、清潔でした。しかし、周りの音がよく聞こえます。隣の部屋の物音、シャワー室もシャワーしながらの鼻歌が上から聞こえました。居抜きで作ったホテルなのでしょうか。防音がなってないように思えました。

The front was a bit confusing for labelling there was only “the lively” on the welcome mat. Rest of stay was amazing! The feeling when walking into this hotel was very youthful, staff were friendly and able to speak English.
