Everything is perfect but Washing machine not functioned well as ‘U04’ signal appeared. Asked the staff about this but they said nothing. We chose Tokyu Stay Tenjin because of Washing machine in the room but this time felt a little disappointed.

It was an excellent location to base in Fukuoka, close to transport, shopping and food. Room was spacious with washing machine, microwave and kettle. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well at night. Will stay here again if I’m next in Fukuoka.

Good location within walking distance to shopping and food. However, we feel that the staff are a bit rigid (especially in terms of check in time and check out time). There was also one particular lady who didn’t speak very good English and was kind of rude. A bit unusual for Japanese as she appeared rather annoyed because of several additional questions I asked about keeping luggages.

Clean and convenient location

We had previously stayed in other Tokyu Stay hotels and decided to try Tokyu Stay Tenjin for 2 nights. As with all their hotels, it comes with in-room washing machine, microwave and a coffee machine at the lobby. The room is fairly spacious, very clean and in a convenient location. The front desk staff was also very kind to help us fill out the forms for the luggage courier service. We would definitely stay here again for our future visits.

We liked the layout of the room. Good shower/bath, big plus for microwave and washing machine. Beds slightly unconfortable. Very poor breakfasts especially if you do not eat Japanese food. The Western food was little more than a gesture.

Nice rooms in a convenient location near the Tenjin Underground mall and subway. Lots of dining and shopping nearby. The customer service was fine, but not as wonderful as the other hotels I stayed at while in Japan. No coffee offered in rooms and the coffee machine in the lobby was not working. Also we were told we could get a cab to the airport early in the morning, but the day of found out that was not the case and had to hail a cab ourselves.
