Rooms are outdated especially the bathroom. The hallways reek of cigarette smoke. We only needed it for a couple nights but i wouldn’t stay again.

Renovation was great overall, but rooms need more maintenance (burned out lightbulb, sloppy wall patches, toilet runs until manually untangling chain, needs shortening, shower needs mixing valve so not changing hot to cold, lower towel rack broken). Housekeeping service excellent for rooms. Hand sanitizing stations not restocked, only available in dining area. Great staff but more maintenance!

Older hotel. Okay on cleaniness. Convenient location but still about 20 minutes from Disney. Nearby Walmart and many others. Good free breakfast but very small dining area. Okay overall.

Checking into the hotel the large heavy automated doors closed on my husband as he was entering. Knocking him and his walker to the ground and flinging his glasses. Behind him was a large sign stating Safetly First. Although he was lucky enough to not get seriously hurt, we were never offered a refund on our room. We were told we had to go through our 3rd party hotel.com to seek compensation. Utimately the room get paid to the Days Inn so it should come from them. Lastly I had to call the manager on this 3 days later who did not seem concerned. She should have called us immediately to see if my husband was ok. Poor management.
