I can’t begin to describe the horror! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. The faucet for shower and sink is combined, therefore if someone is showering, you can’t use the sink to brush your teeth and vice versa. I booked for 3 people (1 adult and 2 kids) and they only provided me with towels for 2! I had to pay extra for the 3rd person! Thank God, it wasn’t expensive but it is the principle. I booked for 3 people! Not 2! To check in earlier (3pm), I also had to pay extra money so I did because the kids and I were exhausted. Overall, I would never stay here again nor would I recommend this to friends or family.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast staff were as well. The room was exceptionally clean and the location was so quiet. I got a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was quite simple but deliciously prepared. I would definitely stay again.

Great for the cost-conscious business traveller
Toyoko Inn Tsudanuma is very suitable for the cost-conscious business traveler. Stayed here 5 nights and the staff was very accommodating, despite the challenges in communicating in English. Breakfast is simple, but acceptable. You will have borrow a router from the front desk -- a bit non-standard, but setup and use is a piece of cake. Lots of choices for quick food (several ramen shops within minutes walk) and plenty of shopping options near the station.

A Pleasant Stay
I stayed here during the Tokyo Comicon since this hotel is only 15 mins away on train. The room was really nice and the hotel staff will be there to help you if you have any problems.
