Great staff, tired property. The Harrah’s team were wonderful — thoughtful, kind, and even upgraded our room. Sadly, the property itself felt dated, the lazy river was underwhelming, and the casino was average. Excellent service, but the resort just wasn’t for me.

Harrah's is absolute fun with the pools, jacuzzis, brewery, casino, events, and promotions. Great options for restaurants and cafes. Although I didn't enjoy the taco truck. I got the nachos... not good flavor or quality! How do you mess up nachos? All in all, definitely a returning player!

There are cleaner places to stay

Pillows were terrible. We didn’t have enough towels for two people and needed to ask for more numerous times. The showerhead only misted — zero water pressure. There was hair in the bathtub. We found bugs in the bedroom. The fridge doesn’t get cold. We checked out early and the guest services rep was not kind at all. He barely spoke four words to me during the exchange and I was told I would get a refund for my final night which we didn’t stay but was prepaid. I haven’t been informed when that would be reflected as on my end it shows I never checked out even though I actually spoke to an employee at front desk.

No cleaning of room during our stay, I guess only on checkout? Bummed no fresh towels. Walking through casino very smelly with cigarette smoke, no coffee pot in room, had to go to the bar every morning for black coffee. Food was decent onsite, couldn't wait to use the lazy river, but too many unsupervised kids doing cannon balls, water fights and running around chasing each other and jumping from river to jacuzzi and back again. was hoping to float, drink and relax. Many chairs had towels and floaties first thing in the morning not leaving many spots... Adult pool was pretty warm. Overall a fun stay.

My daughter and myself ended up sharing a queen bed in our two queen room because her bed had a huge divot in it. The resort offered a new room, but we had already put our clothes away and everything and we didn’t feel like packing back up again that was such an inconvenience. Also. The lazy river had all kinds of cups and utensils and things floating through the water hitting our feet. There was no supervision out there. And also all kinds of waste under the furniture that you could see from the lazy river. it was quite disgusting.
