The appartment description and photos were accurate. Would have liked to have a toaster.

The self check in was very easy. The apartment was 1 block from the park in Zagreb old town and 5 minute walk to the pick up point for day trips. Plenty of food options in walking distance. The apartment was a good size, clean and well kept.

Great location, but that comes with it being a noisy neighbourhood, you can’t sleep with the windows open due to the loud bar noise nearby. Also, basic things like a working TV and a shower head should be standard. Also, shower gel etc not provided as well as bottled water.

The entire apartment is brand new and just opened this month. Everything in the apartment was new and spotless. The location is so good. It’s in the city center and you can access to different places easily. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores near by.

Location was good, walkable to major landmarks and tram at door. Quiet. Interior was up to date. Lounge room was a good size but bedroom was very small. Exterior of building and common areas dilapidated.

Staff were wonderful

Excellent location and clean, quiet rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly, but they didn't answer the phone call when we had a question at the late arrival. No glass for toothbrushes and a shower holder was broken. They also did not inform us on the location with no taxi access. That was an issue to get there with our heavy bags. Still 5 stars and warm recommendations.
