The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though a No Smoking room was requested. There was a hair in the shower and water on the floor around the toilet. The breakfast was pitiful.

Had the room booked originally for 3 nights. Upon arrival at 7:00pm after being on the road all day, check in was slow. I had filled out all necessary info online and still had to do it again at the desk. Finally got the keys and pulled in to the parking lot that had broken down cars with flat tires like they had been there for a long while. We parked and walked past 3 different groups of people on the way on the sidewalk drinking beer and smoking on the short walk to the room. We walked in and the room was worn out, dirty and disheveled. The comforters on the beds had cigarette burn holes all over them, the bath room was run down. We immediately left the room and canceled our entire stay. Upon notification the staff didn’t seem surprised, I guess that it’s NORMAL FOR THEM. I still had to pay for the night (for a cancellation fee), even though I feel like they did not provide me with a proper room. TRAVELERS BEWARE, this place is NOT A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT. I give a 1 star. I can’t believe they even carry a Days Inn by Wyndham name.

Bed was alright and furniture was ok- bathroom was very suspect lots of hair behind toilet and on floor but toilet was clean. Seem like housekeepers did poor job of getting room cleaned especially bathroom floors and showers- didn’t feel too comfortable sleeping- ppl walking and knocking on doors throughout night. Breakfast was terrible not clean, counters dirty and no water out. Probably won’t stay here ever again!

Worst stay ever.

When we first arrived there was already a gentleman trying to get checked in who had been there for over an hour. Computer system were down and running slow so they said. The employees were complaining out loud about the dinosaur computers and how no one would upgrade them. It took me over 30 minutes to get checked in and they kept punching my info in leaving me to get double charged, so I had to call several people to get that fixed. The first room card they handed me Took me too a dirty room, covers and pillows all rearranged on the bed, drinks on the counters, trash in the room, I was highly upset. I go to front office and complain and the response I got was “we just cleaned that room we know we did” but still gave me a key card to a fresh room. They didn’t apologize or anything. Very unprofessional. People staying there tat were hanging outside very late at night and were very sketchy. All you could smell was “weed”. Definitely not a family friendly space. Only one good thing about the whole place, its location, but I would not stay here again even if they offered me a completely free room. Thank goodness I was only spending one night, and I left as early as I could the next morning, I could not stay there any longer.

The staff is awesome! Our room was clean and had sufficient amenities. Dont expect more than what you pay for, now that being said it t was exactly what I envisioned… Nice! Did I mention how cool the (day) staff are.. Not so much for the lady working at night. Don't you know!
