This motel is old and rickety. The bathroom was grimy. The towels were visibly dirty. There was floor board pulled back in the corner. The remote didn’t work and the tv would blip on lighting up the room all night until we unplugged it. We had multiple bugs. Inexpensive option for family weekend, but will never stay again.

This property is not in good condition. My room was in rough shape, the sheets were stained, and the pool in the image is in fact a hole with sand in it (and looks like it has been for a long time). The only saving grace was the comparatively low price on a football weekend.

Showed up to find a disgusting, dirty motel. There was actual crime scene tape still tied to trees in the parking lot. Homeless people everywhere. When I alerted the staff member at the front that I would not be staying because I felt unsafe, he became angry and rude. Fortunately, I found another hotel in the area. Still working to get a refund.

I was dropping off my daughter at University of Florida and needed to stay overnight. I decided to look for an inexpensive place on Expedia. I wasn’t expecting much but was still disappointed by the condition of the motel and the amenities. There were cracks in the walls, the floor and furniture was dirty, the bathroom didn’t have a towel rack, the tiny tube of shampoo had been used and was almost empty. The whole place needs a complete makeover. I would not stay here again.

Got a call from the hotel the day before check in wanting me to give them my card information over the phone. They then charged our card before we even checked in, which I confirmed with hotels.com customer service that they couldn’t do. Employee at the front desk was very rude. Holes in the walls, used q-tips left in the bathroom, splatter from some kind of dark liquid on the wall by the bathroom sink. Stained sheets, dirty floors, dirty towels when we checked in and they refused to replace them for us. Overall, you get what you pay for. The price was cheap and the customer service/experience shows that.

Nasty Hotel

Hotel was dirty and nasty it smelled and very unsanitary therefore I nor my family stayed there and they still charged me $334.00 I called them every day trying to get my money back I reported them to headquarters and on Sunday I was told I will receive $174.00 of it back but that's still not fair I should receive it all back and I contacted hotel. Com and you were not any help either so I will not use you anymore I've been booking with you for years and I didn't appreciate how you handled me either., I'm so disappointed I'm on disability and can't afford to lose any money I had to go to another hotel and spend $500.00 so now I'm out of $800.00 now it's not letting me upload these nasty photos of the hotel

Charge me $20 to check in early wouldn’t give me back my deposit because I tried to say that I stained the sheets but the whole room was ran down. The racks are falling off the walls, the doors the tile all completely filthy the main door you can see outside the bathroom door did not shut. There was stains on the towels would never recommend anyone staying there. Don’t know how this hotel is not condemned.

The only nice thing I experienced was the check in guy let me check in early for a cash fee then i had a room upstairs got charged extra for my person and you see these rooms right next to me with i swear before god see at least 10 spainsh people piles in the room and i know they were there all night cause i kept hearing them all night drunk,playing their kind of music and dancing on the balcony. The price was ridiculous.Do not recommend

We did not stay when we arrived and saw the place we were afraid to stay in that place. Men drinking and laying on the floor right in front of the room when we complaint the moved us to the other side of the bldg and when I entered the room it was smelling terribly. We immediately returned the key and tried to cancel. They would not cancel. The place is very unsafe We left and had to find another hotel in another city.
