Pros: mostly clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, great breakfast in the AM- lots of selection of hot and cold foods, kid liked popcorn in lobby. Cons: roaches in bathroom upon waking up, lumpy pillows, check in at 3pm- arrived at 4:15, room not ready. Elevator takes forever and had expired date on cert. Back of the hotel parking lot had old a/c units thrown on the grass.

Not clean!

I hate to say anything bad about any place, but our room was not clean and we ended up not staying even though we could not get a refund. I just decided to lose the money that we spent on the suite and go somewhere else. The couch had a stain that resembled a pee stain, the bathtub was not clean and there was something nasty on the curtains.

Great amenities for the price

The food options at breakfast were great. It was nice to have the lemon water and ice to drink all day with also coffee available all day and popcorn. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was the traffic noise from the freeway. which disturbed our sleep.
