Short Stay

Everyone was wonderful. the hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also good. Only downside was they were doing renovations which no one told me, and the noise work me up. I was literally at the bottom of the room they were doing renovations. I was so annoyed. I did call the front desk, and she apologized however this happened the two days I was here. No other accommodations were. However, I was comfortable and felt safe at this location.

I booked through Expedia and decided to pay at the property instead of pay ahead. I don’t normally do that. Typically I would pay when I booked. The morning I was to check out I received a receipt under the door that said my rates were not available! Garbage! If that was the case they should have told me that when I checked in. I was given rates through Expedia and they should have honored it. This is the first hotel that has ever done this to me and we travel a lot and have always used Expedia. Some of the rooms have smart TVs and some don’t. They don’t tell you that when you check in. We had trouble with our tv the entire two day stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was talking with the clerk regarding an extra "$35.00 pet fee and the manager on duty came and confront me with a very bad attitude because she said it was posted on her website, with out knowing I reserved through a 3rd party website. Will never stay in this place... She was very aggressive and challenging with her tone.
