I think this will be me to go to hotel when I am in the cummings area. everyone was lovely especially the lady who serves breakfast. This is my second time staying here and she has always been super friendly and helpful to me.

Short Stay

Everyone was wonderful. the hotel was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also good. Only downside was they were doing renovations which no one told me, and the noise work me up. I was literally at the bottom of the room they were doing renovations. I was so annoyed. I did call the front desk, and she apologized however this happened the two days I was here. No other accommodations were. However, I was comfortable and felt safe at this location.

I booked through Expedia and decided to pay at the property instead of pay ahead. I don’t normally do that. Typically I would pay when I booked. The morning I was to check out I received a receipt under the door that said my rates were not available! Garbage! If that was the case they should have told me that when I checked in. I was given rates through Expedia and they should have honored it. This is the first hotel that has ever done this to me and we travel a lot and have always used Expedia. Some of the rooms have smart TVs and some don’t. They don’t tell you that when you check in. We had trouble with our tv the entire two day stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
