First thing that greeted us in our room 516 was the smell of mildew. My husband went out to our car to get a last bag of ours. While he was gone. I was uneasy about the smell. So I looked around when I saw what I believed to be mold in the closet. I went and requested another room from the front desk clerk. She obliged me. But did not look very pleased and also there was no apology. So I pray no one stays in this room until it’s fixed.

I reserved a queen 2 beds. My room was not available. I ended up with a King on the 4th fl. The elevator was out! The room was a POS! There were literally leaks in ceiling! Water leaked in all night long! The curtains were broken, the carpet was atrocious. This place is a DUMP! DEAR OWNER, YOU NEED TO DO SOME MAJOR UPDATES & REPAIRS TO YOUR FACILITY. YOU CHARGE $100 PER NIGHT, YOU MUST DO BETTER.

Room was disgusting! We thought it was odd that we only had 1 towel and 1 washrag , we then got in the shower and noticed it was NOT cleaned, AND there was used soap from someone else still in the shower! Use to be a nice place to stay but will NEVER be back!!!

Well worth the price.

The rooms were great, comfortable and clean. The buffet offered was very good with a variety of items. Distance to casino was less that 15 min. Freindly staff. Will definitely return.

Comfort Inn Gainesville well below par.

When we go there we asked for a room on the fourth floor. I was told they only had two housekeepers, So they gave us a room on the second floor with door edgings missing below the door, broken window curtains. The next morning our keys didnt work. We had to get them redone. We were told by the recep that they turned off becuase they thought we had a one-day stay (it was 2 days). How could they mess that up? The elevator stopped and didnt open on the 2nd floor. You could tell it needed grease. It went up to the fourth flood and came back down to drop us off. On a positive note, the best thing about our stay was the lady who ran your breakfast Sunday May 25th. She was nice and talkative. Returning to this Comfort Inn is no longer an option. We have stayed at Comfort in Denton and Waco and they were much better. Thank you.

Small issues but still a great stay

Everything was great speedy check in the only problem we had was that the AC in one of my rooms didn’t work and in my room it was a big roach in the tub but overall it was a pleasant stay

Do you really want my opion about my stay. First we stayed there about 2 years ago and we enjoyed it, that is the reason. Today we noticed that the clerk at he front desk had little to no knowledge about questions that we asked about discounts. Next we learned that the swimming pool was not heat. The showers had very little hot water for showers ,the room curtains were torn and not closed the walls in the hall way need an upgrade. the breakfast lack certain items. the rooms were clean and most of all up today I have not nor have I received a copy of my hotel bill the reason they told me that the computer was not working at the front desk. I will not go back again

They charged me twice said i booked 2 rooms still have not received my refund hot tub does not work and elevator went out 1 girl named Niki is the only one that tried to help me if they don't refund my money i will never stay again manager never on site not during my stay keep telling me he would call me its Monday and still no call to resolve the problem .
