Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. Bathtub faucet had wear and tear marks and the tub drain was not functioning properly. Big thing was all the traffic outside the hotel really made it difficult to sleep. I would stay here again, but definitely bringing earplugs!
