Beautiful and unique property. We rented the treehouse apartment and it was very nice. Beautiful kitchen. Great price and right down town with a few dining options right outside.

The room was in excellent condition. I was working in the area so I wanted something budget friendly and this place was just fine. The parking situation isn’t optimal. There’s very limited parking on the property so you can easily end up having to park across the street in the lot or on the street.

I love the fact that the place was homey and 420 friendly, I love the setting and location of the hotel however, the house was not the cleanliness as I kept finding hair everywhere, there was roaches in the place, and the bed was so uncomfortable that it felt like a motel. Overall, we would've love and appreciate the possibility of coming back if those circumstances change.

When we arrived we were told there was going to be a party that night. There was a huge party, with a live band and tons of marijuana smoke. We had a miserable first night due to this. Second night was much quieter. This sits right in the university district.
